Shipping
All orders are shipped immediately. If your order is placed before 2:00PM CT M-F it will ship the same day, otherwise first thing the following morning. Ground shipping takes 4-7 days. Expedited Shipping 2-4 days, and overnight shipping is also available during checkout. We are located in Minneapolis, MN so locations in the midwest can expect 4 days or less ground and 2 day expedited typically. If you have concerns about getting your Snow in Seconds in time for an event, please call for custom shipping methods.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Snow in Seconds. If you're not happy with any item, simply return it within 14 days in the original unopened packaging for a full refund of the product purchase price (Shipping is non-refundable). Please contact service@snowinseconds.com to arrange return.
